Pretty much any admin, I would think.
I'm thinking either Cosmic or BF, as they seem to be the most active. -
They tend to not allow username changes, but I'm sure if you ask nice enough they will. I say contact oceanizer or CosmicDebris.

That's more of an administrative thing, but the message can be forwarded if you're not sure who to contact. Let any of us know what you want to change your username to (It'd probably be best to do so in a PM so that some dickweed doesn't run off and register it.), and we'll see what we can do for you.
