Timeline question: Need to know for my story

I think it was after but I want to be sure because I dont want to write it and have people go OMG inconsistency!

Did Bellamy's execution happen before or after Luffy rang the Golden Bell? I know the execution happens in a different spot in the manga but I think it's like right as they leave Skypia, but I remember someone saying it was a day after Luffy got there or something. So if anyone can clarify I'd appreciate it

It happened after he rang the bell. As far as I know there was no time stamp on the event, so yeah. After the bell rang.
