Although I like Hinata (although her character gets bitch slapped by everyone in Naruto), having her as the sole crossover character would be weird.
If Fullbody and Jango join up in the fight, I hope they get Devil Fruits. Fullbody should get the Iron Iron Fruit so he can REALLY be Ironfist Fullbody, and Jango should get the Dansu Dansu no Mi.
Well, the chances of those two getting Devil Fruits are pretty slim. The ones that the WG had on hand were given to Kaku and Califa. So if the WG even had any, it's obvious that they give them to Marine folks of high rank or their hired hitmen in the CP groups.
They'd have to find fruits by chance.
If Smoker is raising a crew strong enough to fight the strawhats.. I'm guessing that it would have only one "outlaw" mercenary, and the rest mostly new faces:

Zoro Vs Tashigi (if she gets to be a decent fighter, maybe she manages to break kuina's sword (even with the "save the swords" policy, now with a "if you can't save them, relase them from the pirates") with her opening attack to force zoro to take her seriously)
Robin Vs Hina (Hers powers are broken so, at least someone that can bitchslap robin without being a logia/moster/spandam, and someone can be a chalenge to robin without being restricted to some ruins)
The rest totaly up in the air, Jango and Fullbody should have some desire of revenge to Ussop and Sanji, but as their matchup? nah, should be beaten both by nami, even smoker will take her for granted…
I can see smoker getting the best sniper and fighter in the marines for ussop and sanji.
Chopper could be ignored too, and Franky, probably a naval fight from both of them with the smoker's boat and lesser crew
Brooke, even if he joins, I doubth that he would be included in Smoker's planification
Smoker should be the final boss of the first part of the grand line, I'd originaly rather Black Beard, but it seems that he is fated to something bigger.

This would be a great fight, and Im hoping when Luffy meets Smoker, Luffy has the ability to hurt Logia's through either Will/Spirit/Ki whatever you want you call it. Just hoping its not DBZ KI blasts….

LOL?? Zoro will never take her seriously because of the way she looks, and judging from the skill level she displayed at Loguetown, Im willing to bet she'll do the exact same thing, where Zoro will just brush her off like the little look a lot like my dead friend bug. LOL 
(Im hoping after One Piece's story is done, there is a segment where it states Zoro beat Tashigi 2001 times…..paybacks a bitch...LOL)

IMO this fight is one sided…
Unless Hina can produce cages Anywhere from her body aside from her extremities, then Robin has a huge advantage with distance. Even if Hina gets a cage on Robin's arms when she uses Flower techs, its not like theres gonna a cage magically on Robin's arms or Robin can't move her arms anymore because their in Hina's cage. All Robin has to do is cancel the technique. AHA

While Smoker may indeed be seeking another promotion (he's a Commodore now, isn't he?) the thread is concerned with 'Smoker's Super Team!' , so I see no reason for people not to post their thoughts for who Smoker would recruit. Even if it is a waste of time, it's still fun.

Luffy doesn't need some crappy way to beat down Logias. He could always pull off a "Icopyyou!" moment and do something like Hone-Cage to trap Smoker in his hardened inflated torso. 
Luffy hitting logias through the power of his soul? NO
What about his Gear 2 moves so quickly that it sucks the air backwards when he retracts his fist, making a vacuum.
