Could the user practically walk through the air if it was raining?
If walls/cielings were soaked in water could the user walk all over them like spidey?
If so, then the power would be pretty decent if u carried a large quantity of water everywhere u went.

I think a life saving jacket will far more useful than DF that makes you capable walking on water. when people drag u into water, u will sink because of the DF weakness.

Walking on water, as a DF user, would just be silly. If that was your only power, it would be better to have never eaten one, since now you also have Sea Stone against you. Now, if you could have a real power AND could walk on sea water, that might work, but you can't have two DFs or else you die, so that doesn't really work.

To stay alive in the GL, you're gonna need a lot more from your fruit then just walking on water. It's going to have to do a little bit more that just that. otherwise, it's as others have said, useless.
