One Piece
Death Notethat's about it. I'd say Naruto could have been done better, but I don't really have much Japanese stuff to compare it to, and it'd not half as bad as some.
Death Note: The voices are blech. They don't match the character or the original VA. What were they thinking when they picked L? Mogi isn't too bad though, he kinda sounds like the original guy(who happens to also voice Zoro, and the guy who plays L also does Usopp in Japan)
You have to wonder what they were thinking! Oh, yeah. $$$$

Dubbing as a concept is something that doesn't deserve to exist, anime or otherwise. But yeah Agapio Racing Team is really bad (see op), probably at least on par with some American dubs I've seen (Naruto, OP, DBZ, Trigun etc.). They're doing that shit as a joke though, I dunno whether 4kids and co. are.

It's mediocre. Light's character was essentially ruined, but everybody else is tolerable.

Having not watched the original, the dub for DN isn't that bad. Light is a jerk and his performance personifies it. Besides, anything Viz does is still miles ahead of some other anime companies. (4Kids outside Pokemon and Kinnikuman Nisei/Ultimate Muscle, DiC)

AAARRRHHH!!! If one more person says Naruto is poorly dubbed anime ever I'll piledrive them. Sure it's edited for tv standard, with no blood, smoking, drinking, and nudity. But overall the dialogue is close to the original, the music and episodes are all there, the voice actings not half bad, and you can buy uncut versions on dvd.
Have you seen Nelvana's Cardcaptor Sakura. In there own words they wanted to remake the series into a action series for boys. So they cut most episode's that didn't have Syaoron in it and edited the plot to be about him. You can't watch it for 30 secs without seeing an obvious edit go by.
Ocean Group/Saban's Dragonball had a multitude of unneccessary edits.
4kids's Yu-gh-oh, Magical Dorami, Pokemon, One Piece, heck everything the touch becomes crap. How do you screw up Pokemon was the concept of friendship and cute fantasy animals? What part of that offends small children?
Saban's Mon Colle Knights was unwatchable, it's of victim of dubbers being afraid of silence. They add extra dialogue in every scene so it seems like no one would shut up.
Harmony Gold's Robotech is the three compete different series fused into one (Macross, Cavalry Southern Cross, Genesis Climber Mospeada)
Sony's Astro Boy (2003) The episodes are out of order. One episode is replaced with an American made clip show episode. Sony wanted to make it more into an action series so they attempted to edit it to make it that way.

I agree with TakinawaTonfa. I've only read the manga and have started to watch the anime's dub. There's really nothing wrong with the dubbing. o_O Hell, Brian Drummond as Ryuuk is major fucking win.

Sorry, I forgot that I needed to acknowledge this every time it is mentioned.
However, from the bits I've seen, recent episodes seem to not use "Believe it," so I assumed there was another way to bypass the "Dattebayo."

They've kinda stopped using it mainly because fans were complaining about it, saying it was annoying and unnecessary. Which is funny as those are mostly sub-viewers who don't actually pay attention to the audio itself.

Eh I actully liked that show, was pretty good in small doses.

Yes, it's an official dub. They only dubbed 26 first episodes, since people complained about the bad quality. Then a different dubbing company took over, and finally they started showing the series in the original language.
They dubbed other shows too.

Pokemon's edits are often grossly exaggerated. Besides the James breast scene, the Warden, the Ice Cave, the Giovanni Orgy Scene and some others, the show is virtually untouched besides some odd edits in the later season by 4kids.

In fact I think the entire series should be redubbed uncut.

I like all mexican dubs, so the one I must dislike the most is One Piece.
I like the acting most of the time, but I find annoying the random 4kids Moments like Zoro imitating a freakin chicken. At least they changed the thing of Usopp claiming the whole thing of Arlong Park as his victory.

Are you kidding? I think they actually did reallly well on the DN dub. You need to hear more of it.

Man, that Warriors of the Wind really reminds me of the box art from the first Mega Man game.
As for Cardcaptors, they actually DID redub the whole thing uncut. It was shown on the various Animax channels in Southeast Asia. The voices, however, are not that great. It's done by the same studio that did the Odex One Piece dub, so you can't really expect perfection, I guess.

Ugh, I remember hearing about this one. About a quarter of the movie was cut out. As far as the voices, I'm not sure. There was some rumor that Miyazaki cried after seeing what his movie had been reduced to.
Luckily, Stuido Ghibli set up a contract with Buena Vista stating that none of their movies could be censored. I'm glad I saw Disney's Nausicaa dub.

…not that I know of. I've only seen Nausicaa once on Network.Although, just by looking at this picture, it's clear the movie was screwed up when it first came here. This box is actually pretty funny.
