He sounds oddly like 4Kids' Bon Clay…

Hello again! Gosh, this post is really toooooo quiet!
I'll just break the silence with this new post.
I've just found out what roles Jamie Meldrum and Joe Murray played in Fantastic Children, apart from minor characters. Jamie played Soran and Georca and Joe played Seth. I found their voices for those characters were some of the better voices in what was otherwise a forgettable dub. Jamie and Joe only appear in the Fantastic Children DVD credits from Volume 4 onwards.I have a hunch that Jamie and Joe may have been credited under aliases in certain shows.
I'm not certain, but I think Jamie (credited as "Jamie Ross Meldrum") and Joe might actually have been credited as Robert Benbow Murrow,Salavatore Sciandra III or one of the other names in the credits of Dan Doh.
Oh,and I heard that both Jamie and Joe will be lending their voices to the upcoming movie "Sing to the Dawn".
Another thing,I think that the guy who played Mitsuo Yamaki in the Singaporean dub of Digimon Tamers was actually Christian J. Lee,not Brian Zimmerman. Could someone please make the necessary corrections on Brian Zimmerman's Wikipedia page?I'll just close this post with some info concerning Yugioh.
You can view episodes 49 to 80 of the Singaporean dub of Yugioh on Dailymotion (type "Singaporean Yugioh" into the Dailymotion search engine). Please spread this info around for Yugioh fans everywhere.
And finally, the person who played Noa Kaiba in the Singaporean dub of Yugioh was Chio Su-Ping,not Denise Tan as was mentioned on TheGreatPirateKing's Yugioh website. -
Wow, watching that version of YGO was mighty intruiging. My off-topic thoughts:
*The best VAs I've seen so far were those of Seto, Mai, Serenity and Ishizu; ep 52 was especially good, with Seto and Ishizu in a practically flawless performance.
*Chuck Power's Yugis didn't really do it for me; he always seemed to use the same lilt every time he spoke normally. In the more intense scenes, though, he sounded a lot like Sam Regal of all people. At least he was better than Joey's VA…
*It would seem they opted to give normal Bakura a cowboy accent rather than a British one in this version...
*Last thing is whoever voiced Bandit Keith and the Exodia Ghoul sounds almost exactly like David Wills, who did voice that Ghoul in the 4Kids dub.

This just in folks! Joe Murray has produced a two-part interview about his voice acting career! You can view both parts on Youtube.

Well, well, well. Pretty quiet around here, huh? This here's the first post made to the thread in ten months! I do hope ThegreatPirateKing updates his "Singaporean dub One Piece" site soon.
BTW,I'd like to tell you about another anime that was Singaporean-dubbed and is on Youtube, "Digimon Tamers". You can find episodes of it by typing "Digimon Tamers Filipino English" without quotes into the Youtube search engine.
Digimon Tamers Singaporean dub credits:
- Alison Lester > Takato,Renamon
- Chuck Powers > Henry Wong,Guilmon,Mitsuo Yamaki,Narrator,Leomon
- Chio Su-Ping > Rika,Terriermon
- Brian Zimmerman > Impmon,Beelzemon,Icedevimon,Pajiramon,Vajiramon,
Janyu Wong (Henry's father),Indramon - Denise Tan > Calumon,Jeri Katou (renamed Jen)
I'd also like to mention another Singaporean dub voice actor,Marian Elizabeth Spencer. I'll say more about her another time.
I've also made edits to some of my posts.
I'll be posting again soon. See ya!
-
Yes I too hope that the great pirate king updates his website soon. I'd like to hear some of the drum and arabasta episodes that odex dubbed and not to mention southern koza.
-
Here's a bit of info on Marian Elizabeth Spencer that I promised. She's not one of the One Piece voice actors, but she is a frequently-used actor in Singaporean dubs all the same.
- Marian Elizabeth Spencer - Marian is a student at International School Bangkok and has done voicework for Odex.
Other roles: - Cyber Formula > Asuka Sugo,Miki Jonouchi,Kyoko Aoi
- Genki Bakuhatsu Ganbaruger (Energy Bomb)
Yousue Kazomatsuri,Chinatsu Musubishiro
- Fantastic Children > Chitto
- Clockwork Fighters Hiwou's War > Tetsu,narrator
- Karin (Chibi Vampire) > Anju Maaka
- Yu-Gi-Oh! > Noa Kaiba
Well,TheGreatPirateKing, seems the Singaporean dub voice of Noa Kaiba in
Yu-Gi-Oh! wasn't Denise Tan or Chio Su-Ping after all.
It was Marian Elizabeth Spencer.
Please make the necessary correction on you Yu-Gi-Oh! website. And while you're at it,please update that Yu-Gi-Oh! website, please? - Marian Elizabeth Spencer - Marian is a student at International School Bangkok and has done voicework for Odex.

Hey everyone!
This info is a few months late, so you might already be aware.ThegreatPirateKing has uploaded more videos from the Singaporean dub on Youtube. They are labelled: "Singapore English Dub".
-
Kuro sounded pretty cool, but Mr. 3 and Ms. Golden Week were pretty much a joke; Luffy also sounded worse than usual in those clips.
-
To me, Luffy's voice sounds worse than usual in the Little Garden clip.
In fact, from what I can remember, Luffy's voice decreases in quality at the start of the Singaporean dub of Little Garden arc. From that point on, it sounds more strained, at least to me.
BTW, I just added a few more credits to my posts about the Singaporean dub voice actors.

Is there anyway to currently obtain this dub outside ebay?
