I've only been a member here for less than a year. I may be a newbie, but dammit, I'm not gonna be like all those other people who are perfectly fine in adapting to the same melting pot discussions. I want to make threads that are memorable and fun to discuss!

There are other threads that are more "beneficial" and "needy" to your liking. I'll put up what I want, when I want, the way I want it because I think it would be fun for the whole thread.

I'm not going to jump into this pointless fight, but I will say something as to the relevence of this thread.
The board it's in is called General One Piece with the description of basically saying "Anything not related to the manga or anime, but still relating to One Piece is here." In that regard wouldn't me posting a picture of a dump that looks like Luffy be within the techniqual right? Tasteless, but correct.
As for the actual topic, Luffy doing Gum Gum Balloon would be actually pretty sweet as a Macy's balloon. I'd also like to see the Going Merry with the original five Straw Hats doing normal Mugiwara shanenigans.

Look, I'm sorry for the outburst but I just think it's really rude for people to come here and say "this thread should not exist". It was an idea that popped into my head and I thought it would make for good discussion because everyone loves watching the Macy's Turkey Day parade.
Macy's is notorious for taking big pop culture cartoon characters and making big balloons out of them. We've seen comic strip characters like Garfield and Peanuts to Hanna-Barbera characters like Yogi Bear and Huckleberry Hound.
Hell, Pokemon and Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi got their own balloons! I wouldn't be surprised if Naruto gets his own balloon in this year's parade because of how popular his show is on CN. One Piece would not be out of the question if it takes off in popularity so the speculation here is worth it.
That said, tomorrow is the parade I believe. Who'll be watching? It's doubtful there will be any One Piece balloons though…

Anywho, I think if there were One Piece balloons, there'd definately be a Luffy one, in one form or another, and Chopper would be a definate possibility. Because of his design/size he'd be the easiest to make
