Well apprently yes, according to my neighbhor who is writing his own comic about seven warriors. He does all the writing and the guy that does the drawing uses it and lives it. so yeah maybe it is wroth it.

Yep, I downloaded it and cracked it and all that good stuff.
But it didn't stay long. The program is very complicated, and tutorials seemed to make it more so than help you. My opinion, don't bother.

there's another version of manga studio that's only $50. i think it's called Manga Studio Debut. I'm not entirely sure. you're probably better off learning how to ink by hand and using greys in photoshop/ink/buying actual tones.

most professional artists do that anyway, so if you're hoping to go pro, it'd probably be good to bite the bullet and start drawing now. someone somewhere once told me that we all have 10,000 bad drawings in us, and we have to get them out before we can start drawing well.
