@Kidany:
It wasn't mentioned, but since everyone who used mantra was from Skypeia, I can safely assume that.
That's like saying since one twin in a family is a natural genius, the other is by default. It doesn't work that way.
Come again? You were implying that mantra was genetically inherited. Don't come and say people that share the same identical genetic makeup don't share the possibility of a genetical power.
Beeing a genious has its roots in both enviroment and genetics. Haveing blue eyes does not.
You're argument is basically:
"Since it doesn't look like they have mantra, we can assume that they don't know they have it."
Are you serious? If it doesn't look like they have mantra, it's pretty obvious that they don't have it. They were in the middle of a war to take back their land. If they had mantra we would've seen them use it.
No. My argument was that they had the possibility of learning it because their identical brother had it, and you say that only people with certain genetics can get it.
And since they should have it but does not show any signs of it others could possibly have the potential of gaining mantra through training.
Because the descendants of Calgara and the others that were sent up were born in the sky. Why do you think mantra has only been seen up in Skypeia?
And I'm discussing why it can't possibly be copied. I already explained why so I'll just end it here.
It is possible that some of the old Jaya inhabitants left Jaya at some point and mixed with regular people. Personally i will not rule that out untill Oda states they never did. (Which is unlikely since the Enel coverstory feutering that old man on mecha island)
I'm not satisfied with your answer so far. It feels contradictory.
