Is there a way to dwonload the Japanese language on PC without the Windows XP CD? because all my PC shows is Blocks.

Go to this Microsoft page, and follow the instructions. It's pretty straight forward, you should be able to see asian text on your computer after you install and restart. And I'm not sure if it does it automatically, but you could also update your browser too after you've installed it. I'm not sure about IE but on Firefox just go to View -> Character Encoding -> Auto Detect -> East Asian
OR View -> Character Encoding -> More Encodings -> East Asian -> Japanese (and whatever else you want)After doing that you can just toggle between the character encodings when you need to.

DOwnloading Japanese IME + Language pack anfd it says: Cannot be installed on This version of windows and I have XP.

^Don't see why it shouldn't be. I've downloaded tons of language packs and I've never been charged for anything.
