I thought of this back in December and only mentioned it at One Piece V. 2 when someone made an illustration (I forgot who) of what Gear 4th will be. He said that Luffy will pump air into himself and it will look like the picture on the right, but putting all the air into his one arm it'd fire off. This is slightly like my idea except I thought he would pump air in like Gear 2nd and the arm on the ground you'd see a bubble go to his fist and pump back into his arm and that pressure balloon would occur. He can fire it off just like in the pic, but afterwards he'd take serious damage onto his arm making it numb and wouldn't be able to pull itself back for 60 seconds
I was thinking of taking this further and after he's done this a few times he'll use a Gatling form of it which he'll pump air into both arms several times making a bigger balloon each time and then fire it off extremely fast but will only go on for 5-10 seconds. But with that many punches it should kill pretty much anyone hit by it

Ok lets finish this, this gear 4 is just like the gear 2 joust that the rubber masses come from somwhwer else than his feat and so your idea is stollen or a association on the original gear 2nd, and it realy does ressemble the rasengan, but joust that luffy is the training ball
