I don't like the artwork, it's to fluid and…scarce. The whole movie looks like a over the top CGI fest. Then again, I never really cared much for the movies, not being a part of the manga canon and all.

I noticed a lot of people don't like the artwork to movie 6, but from what I've seen, I think it looks really awesome! I love that kind of animation style, kinda like FLCL. Luffy's head looks huge though O.O; must be the angle

the art in the movie went up and down. Some scenes were really nice, others looked very unfinished. I think they just ran out of time and money to really finish the details. The animation itself isn't bad. They just lack proper shading and highlights. Especially against CGI backgrounds, that makes them appear to look like they're floating on the backgrounds.
