Subbing isn't very good at parts, but it's passable.
Also, I noticed an innacuracy in the episode… when Nami looks out at the sky towards the beginning, the crow's nest is shown as a standard one instead of the observation area it really is.
Silly filler, screwing up already...

I think Don Atchino or something would be an accurate romanization.
No idea if there is an official one floating around. I think the opening 8 + filler announcement thread had a romanization but I forget what it was. -
