It's probably been about a day after fight, or during Post-Enies Lobby, since the BB pirates saw that the SH bounties were up. No one knows who won, but probably BB. I personally like TB and many other people do too so stfu. And the amount of waiting time could be one week - a matter of years. NO ONE KNOWS.
