I came across One Piece 183 - 186 on TorrentReactor.net. I was like hmmm…could it be subbed in a language other than English?
So I downloaded it, and to my surprise...it's a pretty decent English fansub.
It's refreshing to see One Piece subtitled other than those rips from Xeno-HK.
You guys should check it out.

Yes it is a HK sub or atleast uses the HK sources
The encoding is quite poor or was on 184
The dialogue and subbing seems all correct
The English is correct
The groups server is all in like Turkish or something.

my research can't even uncover the subs on their own site. thus far it's just 183-186.

hm… seems like another group like NF picked up after the HKs, but got sidetracked and slowed down releases.
NF? do you have a site or anything of the such? i think i heard about one of their irc channels once?
maybe is it a team who arrange the hk subs. or maybe is it a hk sub better than the one xeno hk buy, as the hk for prince of tennis: even if it's not excellent, the trad is more understandable and sometimes, yes, good(not often).
