Anyone got the gamebridge? Ok, here's the thing. every time I try installing it when it's at "Found New Hardware", it says that it's unable to be installed because it doesn't have the necessary software. Help?

A CD came with the product, and the userguide is on Adaptec's website, but that didn't answer anything.

it said to connect the gamebridge and install the driver. The only problem is that when I get to it it says it can't find the necessary software to install the hardware.
To clarify, I have the same problem as in this picture, taken from a forum where another person had the same problem as me, except that none of the advice there worked:

which OS are you useing? does it support the product?
theres no FAQ or forum or phone number to call?

I'm using XP SP2, which is supported.
There is no FAQ, though I suppose I could give them a call despite my run ins with poor customer support.

so browsing the cd for the software doesnt work?
how about searching the net for it?

already browsed the cd and searched the net. nothing comes up to help the matter.
