Ok, I just noticed something. Back when volume 43 first got released I saved a picture of the cover:

However, I was looking at my actual copy of Volume 43's cover

and noticed that Nami's finger is positioned in different ways. On the first picture, she is flipping off the on looker. On the second picture, she is sort of taunting the opponent using her index finger. So, my questions is, what happened here? Was the original AP picture edited? It looks pretty real to me. My copy of 43 is the first edition. Therefore, I know that it was changed. Does anyone know the answer to this?
