Youshi Semenjyu - I'm glad you think it looks good, my sister kept complaining to me that the spheres were too lumpy. I made it with one of those wooden dowel rods you can find in some craft stores or home improvement stores. The spheres were made with a modeling compound by Crayola I think, "Model Magic." It's light and air dries. Then I just painted everything with a metallic blue paint. Too bad it doesn't come apart or anything though.

Isn't 100% yet, she just needs to finish the boot covers. The wig and the rest are good to go and my suit for Sanji won't arrive till Wensday. I swear, it shouldn't be that hard to find a black double breasted suit. Then just need to replace the black buttons for gold ones.I cut the front tip shorter, and I havn't shaved for when I do Lucci on Thursday/friday.

)Thanks! I plan on getting a better wig, but this was a short notice fix. The suit was damn near impossible to find when I looked in stores. It been awhile huh lol. Well been busy with cosplay lately lol, and I am proud to say i am ready for A-fest. Sorry to tell yall but I will not be doing One Piece for some time. Not til the colors come out for Law lol. But yeah don't hate me….cuz ill be cosplaying as Sasuke at A-fest. lol i no, i no i'll be getting heat from you guys at the con. lol. but i got to say that i look hot. lol. Hope ya'll aren't too mad it just that i want to do more than one piece. lol i got my last cosplay planned to.........Gol D. Roger. lol I started with One Piece , so i want to end with One Piece. And who better than go from Monkey D. Luffy to The Pirate King. lol but yeah i'll be posting stuff soon. Oh God, right now I really wish I remembered how to use my mom's sewing machine. It took me an hour just to handsew one sleeve to the body of Akon's hugeass labcoat. ;_; Now I'm scared the seam's not going to hold. It looks really flimsy to me…

Because we're dorks, PirateNeko and I celebrated Kaku's birthday a few weeks ago with a cake and cosplay. Just like MoonNeko, CoralSnake, and I did with Zoro's birthday last year. Hehe.
Anyway, this is one of the few we've got somewhat decent enough to post. =) Getting ready for AFest Dallas, woot!

It was a lot of fun though wasn't it?
I like the other costumes you posted as well. The outfits are really well made and they suit you. I can't think of any criticism except for the boots thing. Great job!
