If this has Thriller bark in the opening then I would watch this over an over again.Crazy rainbow is good but It does not have any clips in the opening that are in the main story.Man you guys type faster then me.So there airing a filler before TB that sucks.
I hope it shows Thriller Bark scenes. Or better yet, scenes of "you know who" duking it out, included.

People need to stop bitching about openings not having spoilers. I don't think they should. I've heard of so many people having to skip openings cause of the spoilers (Brand New World for example) which is utter shit.
It should be the kinda clips Crazy Rainbow had.

I must say, that filler character's design is pretty great
I really hope that there are no spoilers in this opening. You shouldn't be able to tell what a story arc is about just by watching the opening (at least that's what I think). And I must be one of the ten people who actually like Crazy Rainbow

I'm still not finding anything for "maji". Sugoi means like "amazing" and in the other place there's no "i". I dunno what it is. But clearly it's just something meaningless like "really cool" or "musical" or "amazing". It's not like a major thing.
The bottom showed a description of the band, I think. It was long and uninteresting…

Yeah, i'd like to see SOME action clips in the new opening…but spoilers for the anime fans are really rough...even in Alabasta, they released Hikari E with Robin in it like, 15 episodes before she even joined, and it totally ruined it for the people watching the anime...
I like that Opening 7 is all animated versions of the color spreads, but it doesn't draw me in to the series, or even give a first time viewer SOME kind of background info, regardless of the stupid Roger backstory they play every episode to eat time...

I completely agree. Brand New World pissed me off so much. Here's hoping that the new opening will be spoiler free, like Crazy Rainbow.

Hmm i like their style, the singer's voice is pretty catchy.
And more importantly, it's NOT japanese hip-hop!
I think Crazy Rainbow should have been used as an Ending and Brand new world kept, Though I liked all the colorspreads and they could not have fit a 4 minute collaboration of them into an ending… I wonder if the endings are coming back too?
Just for speculation on the filler material:
Is the information stated only about him being Oda's design? Nothing else? If so, then I may be hopeful enough to state that it's still possible we'll get ACE FILLER out of this. I mean look at 'im: big mother, obviously lots of character went into his facial hair. Sounds like he could be the result of a bad tipoff of Blackbeard's location.
Just because it's filler doesn't particularly mean it's automatically Luffy and Co.. Ace is large fanservice material, and Arabasta proved that TOEI isn't afraid of extending his story into filler. Also, in lieu of future events, this will be TOEI's last chance to do "Ace chases Blackbeard" episodes, and if I were them, I'd milk it for all it's worth.
Anywhoo, looking forward to new OP and filler regardless.
I would think Toei would have done ace's cover story by now, wasn't he kept in Alabasta because of popularity? I'm sure they would have gotten some pretty good ratings off of 2 or so episodes of pure Ace.

マジスゴい （まじすごい） is the proper spelling with マジスゴ being a sort of derivation. Sort of how [someone]の家 gets morphed into [someone]んっち sometimes. (Well, it's not really the best example, but you get my point.)
まじ = Really (in the 本当に sense)
すごい = Cool/Amazing/Awesome
Also, it's "Don Acchino." "Don Acchiino" if you want to account the long-vowel marker in there.
I've never liked Crazy Rainbow. So it's about time. We need a song on Kokoro no chizu's level of greatness

Gotta say, absolutely love their style in singing I have to say. Pretty much gears that catchy One Piece spirit the series possesses.
New opening sounds great! All the One Piece openings kick ass so I'm sure this one will too.
