I always thought the devouring of your own leg was kooler, but hey, if kids see Zeff do it, they may do it themselves (you know kids these days).

There are a shitload in OP.
Most revolve around children being cruel.
A kid threw a rock at Konis making her bleed and it was changed to a tomato.
This was done again when children originally threw rocks at Robin.

Who thought that a series about mafia would be appropriate for Sunday morning TV? From Katekyo Hitman Reborn!:
-Reborn's gun+bullets are Leon+laser beams; similarly, Lambo jumps into his bazooka instead of shooting it at himself.
-Yamamoto doesn't try to commit suicide.
-Kyoko (and later Haru and Kyoko) doesn't get hit with the Dying Will bullet.
-The school athletic fest (with the pole-knocking) is taken out.
-Irie Shoichi is gone (which is going to create problems later…).
-Naito Longchamp and his family aren't introduced.
-Gokudera no longer smokes (magic dynamite!).
-Various chapters here and there (like Reborn and Bianchi's "wedding").

Case Closed - Orginally while on the train with the bomb the two men were actually the two members of the Black organazation in the anime they are just two older guys who kinda look like them.
Tokyo Mew Mew - In the manga the cat kinda goes into ichigo's um…. yeah... In the anime she just gets hit with a light and dreams of seeing a cat.

It's kind of pointless to point out individual scenes that got messed up in the Eyeshield 21 anime. It's an assumed thing, really.
Bleach chapter 1 - Ichigo's father barging into Ichigo's room after Rukia appears, and Ichigo wonders why he can't see her. I just saw that part in the "Manga Preview" feature on the first DVD, but it wasn't in the actual episode.

Sry to start talking about OP again in "Other Manga/Anime," but
! cutting off your leg with an anchor to continue swimming is not neccesarily the same thing as cutting off your leg to EAT it…
! The latter really emphasized how vital food was to pirates, thus making the need to open a restruant seem more important.
! And I was sarcastic about the kids copying it.
