I don't think so IMO. He has those "lil hands" in his "big hands" and maybe he can now modify the length of his "lil arms" with telescope technology or sth like that. I'd be disappointed of Franky if he didn't modify his weak back in those 2 years.
Anyway, since this is the questions-that-don't-deserve-their-own-thread-thread, I got a question that could be annoying to hardcore fans, but IDK if it was translated well into my language. So here it comes:
In W7 Franky got the blueprints of Pluton. But the WG also followed Robin because she was the only one who could read those blueprints. Thats one of the ways it was translated in the German manga. In the German anime it was said that the blueprints are for a second weapon to be built if Nico Robin would activate an already existing AW. It varies between German manga and German anime and although I got all the German manga volumes of the W7/EL arc, I'm still not clear about that. Can somebody here enlighten me the right (Japanese) way?Also I wonder if there are any blueprints of Poseidon @ FI.

Franky had the blueprints to one of the weapons. Those blueprints were to be kept safe throughout generations not to be used, but in the case that someone who could read the Poneglyphs brought back one of the weapons that lie hidden.

Robin can read the Poneglyphs, and thus has the ability to revive the weapons, should she decide to do so or merely fall into the wrong hands. The blueprints were meant to counter this in the event that it should happen.

The WG was chasing down Franky because it wanted those blueprints for itself, possibly to revive the weapon. Robin was chased down because of her ability to do the same, so that the WG would keep safe the only two means in the world to do so.
That's about it, I think. The translation that only Robin can read the blueprints is wrong, it's the Poneglyphs that only she can decipher.

Maybe there are contingencies - sure maybe not early in the series but now it is so popular, you would think there would be some sort of contingency. If not there may be now after the Tsunami and Earthquake.
Other then that - someone else may take up the mantle using reference material Oda has created for future storylines.

Well, it's not going to be a spontaneous project. I don't see many good productions being spontaneous.
I think the biggest problem will be the sheer volume of stupid, impulsive replies. This, of course, is also the big problem with versus threads.
Perhaps this project would suit a blog more than a forum.

Go for it. Try to use other characters too. Also try to make the max of each attribute as high as it can go. For example, Whitebeard is 100 in strength, kizaru is 100 in speed, Sengoku/crocodile are 100 in intellect, ect.

Also it is a bit premature to create stats when we have not seen how they have improved.Can Chopper sustain Rumble for longer?
Does he even need Rumble?
How many new forms can he access?
Does Sanji have a Ranged attack?
What sort of training did Zoro go through(strength - Dexterity - endurance)?
If Luffy's Gear Second completely isolated to his limbs?
If his body goes 2nd Gear what power differential is there?
Nami's new abilities involving weather - Are they through slight of hand or pre planning?
Usopp can use the plants - how much of supply of ammunition does he have?
How effective is Usopp in a melee battle now?
Is Brooke purely a Bard like Buff/Debuff character?
Has Brooke found a way to improve more in 2 years then he did for the years he spent without his shadow training?
Franky has numerous improvements - but what is powering it?
How long will power last now for Franky?

In the Little Garden arc, Mr. 3 is introduced on Kyuka Island. Then the scene shifts back to Little Garden where Brogy and Dorry fights for what seems like 1-2 minutes. Then the fight stops and Brogy goes fetching the dynamite booze to share with Boogey. All in all this should have taken about 3-5 minutes, max 10 minutes.
So did Mr. 3 really do research on Little Garden, orchestrated his plan, sailed to Little Garden, went to the middle of the island, found Brogy's booze and put dynamite in it in less than 15 minutes? Even with feats like Mihawk reaching the New World in a few days, that seems all too fast. Or did the scene with Mr. 3 and Miss Goldenweek actually happen much earlier, like half a day before - and Oda just forgot to state it or flashback frames?
Another thing is that the plan also seems random. How did Mr. 3 know that Brogy had booze? And does he always bring along dynamite on his holidays, or did he just happen to randomly have it?

No no, you should reread the chapter, as you can see, Mr. 3 had already been on the island for a little while, because Sanji found his house, remember.
He had done some research and the dynamite thing you just have to swallow.

So.. I got something to ask. I was talking to a friend of mine about One piece and it got onto the discussion of Hawk Eyes Mihawk. Anyway he was dead set that Hawk eyes was "Raised by Hawks" Thats how he got the hawk eyes and that the Hawks killed his mother and raised him as one of there own… I do not think this is true but he seemed pretty confident in his knowledge about One piece .. So i thought id ask you guys.
Was Hawk eyes's mother killed by a pack of hawks and was Hawk eye's Raised by hawks ..:blink:
