According to Section 19 of Amendment 14 to the forum Bill of Rules..
"Threads shall not be listed on
-Mondays
-When involving parties of 8 or less people from south Nebraska and/or Kentucky if all are named either Christopher or Jerome Watson.
-When a link to a raw may contain spoilers one will be seeing in a few seconds by reading the raw. If the party has not come to read the raw, then somehow they are entitled to complain about reading posts concerning the raw. This is final. On Mondays only however, if the mods name be Christopher Watson.
-When threads include spoilers than black smoke MUST be emmited from the link to the thread. White smoke signals a lack of spoilers on a thread that might contain spoilers. And green signifys a discovery of asbestos on the the grounds. Please contact Jerome Christophson if you find traces of asbestos or spoilers on a thread.
-The spoiler elimination team can only work on every eigth day of a month, and an appointment must be held beforehand to schedule eliminations. Spoilers are highly infectious and must not be fed. Please contact the above authoritys immediatly upon discovery.

Well, since practically everyone is freaking riding, I see no reason to go back to W7 especially if Merry ends up there somehow. Now I know what it's like reading a chapter if you can't read Japanese. It sucks much.
All signs would also point to this being the last chapter of Vol. 38. What a terrible terrible place to stop.

I had fun with Google Japan. フリット is indeed Japanese for fritos which is Spanish for 'fried' [bits]. There's some wicked recipes for Fried Cauliflower if anyone's interested.
Anyway, so this lovely attack is Fried Neck Bits. Owie.

The trees were taken off the Merry. They are probably in storage at the hotel they were staying at, and most likely safe.

I woudn't consider that a new ship, it's an old malfunctioning umi ressha prototype. I'm sure it'll probably end up destroyed as soon as they catch up to the real train. Unless they decide to take that head and use it for the new ship. That would be even creepier than Merry's head, though. :P

Ocean said the Rocket train thingie sort of reminded him of Merry, because it has a shark face painted on it. And I think that's Pauly sneaking in one of those cargo holds on the train there, though I'm not entirely sure.

Regardless, I now love Sanji even more. God I've been waiting for Franky to get that deserved kick to the face. I also love the way he's talking with Usopp, which pretty much ensures me he'll be rejoining the crew once Luffy comes around.
I can't exactly make everything out because of the extreme low quality, but I like what I've read so far, though I'm still hanging on to the high quality release.

Also Google gave me this result: Ridi Dil "Ruud" Gullit. Gullit pronounce as furitto in Japanese. Weird o.o; He's some kind of sport player in Europe.
But I go vote for French Frit :P

is this the end of vol.38 thats only 8 chapters doesnt each vol have 9 to 11. since this would be a boring vol. ill say theyll proboly have 10 but i might be wrong

Well since 'free' is definately not 'furitto' and I've found MANY cases of 'furitto' recipes that match 'fritos' recipes, unless someone comes up with another spelling I'm gonna have to put my money on it being based on 'fritos'.
