Ooh, just watched it finally. That was a good episode. I loved the way the part with CP9 and Robin was done, and also the Franky's attacking Zoro. The animation is looking pretty slick. Is all that new music from movie 6? Whatever it is, it's cool. I'll have to get the soundtrack. ^_^

I finally watched it too (not bothering with the RAWs). Top-notch, Gerusama. Seeing all of the water cascading from the huge fountain is a great reminder of how much the animation has evolved since the East Blue arcs.
And man, Kaku's voice is awesome. Nothing like I was expecting.

And I like how that dork with the tattoo that everyone was obsessed with isn't in the Galley-La group shot.

Ah, good ol' Wingy. Look at the opening, at the part where there's a still shot of Galley-La and Iceburg…the guy with the long white hair and wings tatooed on his chest.

Ahhh, I see him. Don't remember him form the manga, but I vaguely remember people talking about him.

He doesn't really do anything in the manga. It's just one of those cases like with Figwit the elf in the LOTR movie, where someone sees a a little 3 second extra role and makes a big deal out of it. XD

I think the only other time we see 'Wingy' outside of that two page Galley-la group spread, is in chapter 342, 5th page, 3rd panel. Chopper's looking at him through his binoculars.
So yeh, he's a bit of a phantom. :ph34r:

I downloaded a Gerusama episode for the first time yesterday and I was really impressed. Excellent work, really! I hope they'll keep up like this.
