One Piece Toys Part of Recall

Thought this was interesting. Yet another massive recall of toys made in China from Mattel. From the article:

Lead is toxic if ingested by young children, and under current regulations, children's products found to have more than .06 percent lead accessible to users are subject to a recall.

Also recalled Tuesday were 345,000 Batman and "One Piece" action figures, 683,000 Barbie and Tanner play sets and 1 million Doggie Day Care play sets.

Is that the Zoro figure or the sword set? I've got the figure, but wanted the sword set… and I'd expect lead paint may matter more if the sword goes in the mouth.

I own the Kuro, original suit Sanji, and the super elasti Luffy. I never was able to find any of the Zolo figures, which were the ones I actually wanted.

Did anyone ever figure out the answer to my question– is the "triple-slash Zoro" the Alabasta-Zoro figure which spins lamely and tosses his swords around, or the set of plastic swords which kids stick in their mouth, or something else?

I'd hate to return the Alabasta-Zoro figure for a recall... I doubt they're going to produce an equivalent figure, but I do hate lead...

The stuff in pencils aren't actually lead, it's just graphite. They used to put lead in pencils a loooong time ago (hence we call it lead still), but stopped putting led in since it's dangerous.

Zoro's not recalled because of lead, it's because of magnets.

Well, that explains it. And it's not even the Zoro I have. (resumes chewing on Wado) They made two– a smaller one with a more conventional action figure format (the recall one), and a slightly larger one with the following exciting features:

-Never stands up!
-Swords fall out of hands and mouth!
-Twist the torso and it jams, occasionally rotates, and usually drops the swords!
-Pull-cord gets stuck and bent!

Man, Zoro looks in terrible pain in the recalled one, perhaps a "I got my neck stretched" expression.
