Was about to post, it will be interesting if we finally get to see what happened to his eye (even though we all have an idea of what happened).

Looks pretty interesting. I hope Oda is the one writing it. But if Boa is kidnapped does that mean that Luffy will have to stop his training in order to go save her or will she save herself? Hopefully it's the latter because the main character running off to go save a woman is a hella generic plotline. If Oda is the one writing it I'll definitely go check it out.
Is there any word on whether or not this is canon?

So i hope that it will not be luffy saving Hancock really I'm fed up with this plot when a girl need to be saved by a guy and especially Hancock,she can save herself easily,i really hope it's not something like that.

He intends to capture Hancock to fulfill his ambition.
Despite how stupid the idea of having Hancock captured is, at least so far it looks like this Bundy guy is planning on capturing her, with no indication that he actually succeeds. It might be that Hancock escapes to the training area to warn her husband-to-be. Then again, Hancock is a tricky character to handle just right and it wouldn't surprise me if Toei fails miserably.
Though why is there no word of the WG getting involved? Seems like the sort of problem that would furrow their collective brows.

That's uh…interesting character design. They must be farming it out to another studio like they did with Episode of Luffy.
Art style aside though, Luffy's outfit's kinda cool. I'm a sucker for the fur-trim collar look if the character can pull it off.

I'm not sure of what to think. The art style looks interesting, but I hate that vest Luffy is wearing. Maybe I could live with the fur if it wasn't for that ridiculous zipper.

Looking at the poster not a fan of Hancock design not one bit it really robbers her of character she seems quite bland it's inferior to her TV show designs, I hope it looks better in show footage.
Also that ace face could be a lot better but I do like the collar fur yes I've got thing for collar fur.

Luffy's hand in the key visual has me thinking it was drawn by Ishigami Hiromi, but she's the animation supervisor of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal Episode #3, so I'm not so sure…

First person to come two my head when seeing the key art was ishigami hiromi or the guy behind episode of luffy, my third suspect is umikosho why cause his almost in everything also he likes popped collars.

I really hope this special dwells more into the explanation of haki and it's extent. So far, Oda has only told us the basics of what haki can do and I'm fairly certain it can do way more than what has been shown.

Can anyone verify this summary?:
After the Great War of Marineford, Luffy has lost his brother Ace, and once again realized the significance of his Nakama. He overcomes the sadness and trains in Rusukaina Island _with Rayleigh to learn Haki._Then an appearance of one man shakes the world.
Burndy World escaped from Level 6 of Impel Down and attacked all Marines and Pirates that cross over his path. The World Government immediately calls up the Shichibukai, however, after World finds out about it, he plots to capture them first and use them as baits for his big dream. He decides to target Hancock, who has a strong bond with Luffy. Is Hancock going to be captured to World, who is known as the World's Destroyer? What will Luffy do? Now a story that has not been revealed will open its door!"
World is known to have the power of the "Moa Moa Fruit." World will also be designed by Oda Eichiro.Is world seriously considering capturing all of the Warlords?? If he is capable of such a feat, how does Luffy have any believable chance at defeating him? Seems like something that's better suited for a feature film than a TV special.
Still more curious about why Luffy will want to fight him. Seems he's be on board with someone striking back at the WG after what they did to Ace. Could it be that Luffy only challenges him because he threatens to become the "Pirate King"?

Burndy seems to be Greenbeard, the environment friendly pirate. Seriously, though, he looks like a viking. I wonder if he's based on that concept art Oda did at the same time as Hancock. Though it's been a while and I don't really remember how they all looked. I just remember a Viking and thinking the Elbaf giants were based off of it.
I don't really like the art style. It just seems off.
As for the special ending (Don't know if this a spoiler for anime viewers, but I doubt it, but just to be safe)
! Maybe it's a tease of the last Warlord? We saw post-timeskip Koby and Helmeppo (And Aokiji, I think.) in Z first and the Supernovae in a poster, so Oda doesn't seem to be against revealing things outside of the manga, though this might be a bit different to those two(Though I found the Supernovae poster quite revealing for some characters).
