Otakon 07 "one piece"

Hello everyone,

I just got back from otakon 07.

It was so awesome this year. a great year for one piece fans. We had a One piece panel about the new dub, but no videos of the new dub were shown.Luffy's voice actress and Tony Tony Chopper's voice actress were there at the panel. This panel gave alot fans high hopes for the future.

as far as cosplayers. we had alot of good costumes. I was dressed as brooke for two days and sanji the last day.

if anyone has pictures to share you can post them here. I will have a website for this year of cosplayers.

so give me a couple days and I have that website up. Also Hi to anyway from otakon that reads.

I was there and let me say that her chopper is so incredibly cute that It makes me happy just thinking about it.

Unfourtunalty i didnt cosplay this otakon, both my main costumes were out of the mix due to myself wanting to improve them.

Did anyone one see that awesome Croc cosplayer? I got a picture with him killing me.

The panel was all sorts of fun. It really got we very excited for the new dub and actually want to purchase the boxsets. Who was that Allen Walker cosplayer that mentions the boards?

I was the Paulie at Otakon. I thought I'd post a link to the pictures I took here for people to see… I gotta warn you though I got 200+ pictures!! I don't think I've EVER taken that many at a con before!!
I uploaded them as is since I'm not too swift at fixing up pictures but the vast majority of them came out well.

There is an Otakon thread in the General section, and the Funi dub thread has a lot of stuff about it in there as well…

I was there, and took a couple pictures. I'm getting the roll of film developed, but I did get a shot of Brina Palencia hugging the football mascot Chopper cosplayer. Now howabout that Hell Girl premiere? Eh, eh?

Not a lot I can add. Was there as Miss ALl-Sunday all three (four?) days. Was a ton of fun Hearing a little sample of the voices was really nice. Briana Palencia especially I think will do an incredible job as Chopper. I trust Colleen Clinkenbeard so for now I'm ignoring any… vocal similarities her Luffy might have to previous versions. I think it'll be good.

Man, the line for that panel was a ton of fun. I think, though, it was just nice to be around other people in real life who don't make gagging noises when you say One Piece.

Hey, I was there as Coby I remember you, Brooke, you were the coolest guy there–but your MySpace name didn't work XD I was really pleased at the panel and all the people there were awesome, very good year indeed.
