they steal other images and then cut and paste them into MS paint….
(no i dont know how they make them but the only thing they do is the black background the + and the = ... cant imagine it beeing too hard that you cant figure out how to do it yourself after a bit of fiddeling around)

Well, RP players or more specifilly Dungeon & Dragons players tend to pull out all sort of weapons during in a battle. Kinda like Usopp… As for Mr. Burns, it is just because he is manipulative, cheater, greedy and evily ambitious like Krieg. But Bowser sounds okay for me too.
