there are a lot of treads on what animal Franky is (personally I think a rooster) but what's Brooke?
heres what all the other mugiwara resemble..
Luffy=monkey
Zoro=shark
Nami=cat
Usopp=armadillo
Sanji=duck
Chopper=reindeer
Robin=robin (my guess. unconfirmed by Oda)
My guess is that Brooke is a CRICKET. Because of his musical talent and ability to jump around and surround his opponents with discieving sounds.
Actually I believe Usopp is a crow, not an armadillo…but I am just basing this off of a conversation I had with a friend of mine about this, so it isn't 100% (but it makes more sense to me than an armadillo).
Nope, Usopp is represented by an armadillo according to Oda in one of his SBS things. I like the idea of Brook being represented by a cricket though. It seems very fitting for Brook.

THe cover of volume 46. The colors are wrong, but overall resemblance is right.
I'd say a cricket or some scavenger thing that likes dead things like a vulture.

I thought it was James. The cricket in James and the Giant Peach seems more "Brookish". His stature seems fit for someone to fight with a sword. Just look at him.

Franky seems more fit to be a rooster. A blue rooster. Who doesn't love a rooster with a cool haristyle and sunglasses? huh?!

I think the what animal is franky thread a few months ago decide on Rooster.
It makes sense to me his hair is a crown and his chin reminds of a chickens wabbles (I think that's what it's called.) his large arms are kinda of like wings and he has those chicken legs. I even notice later that in center mode he has spurs and that's what a chicken claws are known as.
And of course he Super!'s instead of cock-a-doodle-doo!'s. Just think how awesome a franky alarm clock would be.
Not animal, he will be the first vegetable: a black broccoli.
But yeah, cricket is ok, too.

Since the matter of resemblance is one of subjective viewpoint and opinion, anyone's answer is as valid as anyone else's. Oda says Chopper resembles a reindeer, I say he resembles a tanuki statue.
