I find the most memorable to be megaman4 but what do all you other megaman fans think

Argh, that's a tough one. Either 2 or 3, but it's almost impossible for me to choose. They had the best music I ever heard from the NES, great gameplay, plot, bosses and weapons. Old MM games are one of my favourite game series, too bad the newer ones are somewhat… :rolleyes:

I vote 2. It was the first I played, and the most enjoyable (hard as hell, but enjoyable :D ). It's always been my favorite in the original series.

I enjoyed 4 because the bosses are cool like toadman and pharaohman but my second favourite would have to be three because of the fact thet when all the bosses are clobbered you go back to their levels and face the robot masters from megaman 2

I'd go with Megaman Battle and Fighters (A Japan Only game, but you can emulate it. It's for Neo Geo Pocket.) A Smash Bros. esque Megamna fighting game.

Dr. Wily Stage 1 from MM2 was the best music theme from any of them for me. The next would be Flashman or Bubbleman… or maybe Topman.

MEGA MAN 2! The best one ever almost beat it one tim but the game got all screwed up. Flash man was cool. Woodman was my favourite.

Have to go with 2 as well. Maybe it's because it was the first Megaman game I ever played, and maybe because it was one of my first experiences with Nintendo itself… I can still vividly remember the first Megaman images I saw, a few little screens of the "Hot Dogs" portion of Wood Man's stage in a few-page Nintendo Power promo that came in the mail. To think that from those humble beginnings a cultural phenomenon would be born, begetting everything from "Miss Tron! Y-y-your clothes, they're g-g-g-gone!" to "DOOOOOOO-BLLLLLLEE DEUUUUCE!"
Okay, so technically Mega Man 1 was the beginning. But eh, I never liked it. -
Two is my favorite but I voted for one, it was the hardest one ever!!!
The only other Regular Megaman game to give me any problems was Megaman 4… It was the only one I never beat cause of the end boss. Other then that I can scrape 2 up on a daily basis, 3 if you let me run through it a few times it will be owned!, 5 was the beginning of the games getting easy, and 6 was just so awesome.Hell I owned all the MM games on the NES except for 6 so I use to play them on a daily basis heh heh
Man that was without a doubt one of the greatest series ever to grace Console Gaming and it's sad that they don't make games like that anymore
