Augh I know this question is dumb and everything, but I just want to confirm something here.
What's the diference between HD, SD, and this kind of stuff? I downloaded a HDTV version of 314 RAW and the quality doesn't seem as good as another one I had here.

The Vegapunk name is a spoiler if you don't read manga

HD version is 1280x720 and SD is 704x396. Sometimes you see HDTV in front of raws but it's not always HD.
