Ok, so we're about certain Sanji's shadow was put in that penguin guy. If Moria said his 3 main targets were just Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji, why would he put one of the strong guys in such a weak body? I was just wondering… anyone have any ideas?

I was leaning to Moria not knowing that was Sanji. Yeah, it's a bit of a stretch, but there's no other explenation I can think of.
Like and I'm quoting from someone I don't remember:
"Okay, I want you to catch that Sanji first. You can put the blond guy to Perona's zombies or something ;)" -
Sanji doesn't have an out of this world bounty and his bounty poster is pretty, well, special. Maybe Moria didn't take Sanji as seriously as Zorro and Luffy.

they knew about eiennes lobby. they also knew everyone in the crew had bounties.

I think Moria put Sanji's shadow in a weaker body because if he put it in a stronger body, the zombie might get stronger than Moria and I think somewhere, Moria said he didn't want a zombie stronger than him.
and I agree with Goty. God, Sanji got jipped.

I don't think that Moria knows about Enies Lobby, yet. He's been sleeping for 4 days straight or something. His crew seems to be just as ignorant.
I haven't really found anything relating to the events of Enies Lobby.
This probably explains why Moria doesn't know about Sanji.

There is the whole 300,000,000 bounty on Luffy's head that he knows about.
Perona probably just mentioned Crocodile because he was one of the Shichibukai like her master was.As for Sanji, he didn't know who he was because his bounty poster is ridiculous.

Hmm… yeah, not recognizing Sanji is probably it. I doubt the theory of putting him in that weak body was because Moria doesn't want zombies stronger than him is right, since he put Luffy in Oz.
Oda always picks on Sanji.

Moria does know about the Enies Lobby incident. His sidekicks (the three small zombies) awaken him and talk to him about "the man who brough down Enies Lobby is in the island" or something like that,
And Moria was not searching for Sanji. Check Stephen's translation:

In other words, they just happened to have captured three, and they did not know who Sanji was, so they put his shadow in a weak body.

Either that was a replacement body, Sanji's bounty pic looked too strange and unlike him, or Oda wanted to make it so Sanji fights Absalom instead of his shadow.

they scouted the exact number of people on the thousand sunny and have all the bounty posters. yet they can still not figure out who is who.
and they used a weak body for a strawhat regardless...
both theese things point towards Morai beeing a lazy idiot.
