Strawberry is a girl.
At nights. He ate the woman-fruit which allows him to turn into an unexpectedly hot chick and is currently in a relationship with Yamakaji, who doesn't know anything about the whole thing. He and Strawberry (in his manform) are often sitting in a bar discussing manly things… mostly Yamakaji talking about how hot his "girlfriend" is and and how he's about to ask "her" to marry him.
One day, Strawberry will reveal his true identity (that he's really a man and Yamakaji was well, you know what, with him all the time while he thought he was a she) and Yamakaji gets really pissed so he shouts at him and all that stuff.
Strawberry starts to cry and runs away. He quits being a marine and he abandons his previous lifestyle. He becomes a wanderer.
When the new Admiral, Unnamed Marine Fodder #12345 finds out the location of the Straw-hat pirates, he seeks to destroy them, but in the last minute, they got saved by a mysterious someone. Strawberry is this mysterious someone, who get's invited by Luffy, so he becomes a Strawhat pirate! His dream will be to earn Yamakaji's trust and love again, and marry him.Meanwhile, T-Bone's a gansta with his bro-knight-gangstas...

Luffy will will the battle against Big Mam with one punch. When his bare fist hits her face, she starts to have trouble breating and quickly collapses. However, she has no injuries, no broken bones or chrushed windpipe, just a strange rash that appears in seconds.

Actually, I was thinking something along these lines. What if her fruit is - contrary to popular belief - not related to her body mass, eating or similar characteristics. A DF that creates illusions for example.

Oda has been throwing us a red herring when he told that voice actress that Usopp is the weakest member because people can relate to him as an ordinary human. Oda is waiting to reveal that the truth is that Usopp is only half-human.
He was hiding the fact that Banchina is a mermaid, making Usopp half-fishman (well he's not half-merman since he has legs) and thats why he was able to outrun Chew, a fishman with over 10 years experience as a pirate while Usopp was still basically a village boy (no experience or training).
Anyone else remember ch 70 where a kid on Nami's home island thought Usopp was a fishman? Nojiko told hime that Usopp was human …. although he looks more like a fishman. I really wanted to see that joke again once Usopp was on Fishman Island, like a mermaid or fishman moves his hair around trying to see Usopp's gills.

The idea that Buggy could become the Pirate King has always humored me, and could be considered a "dumb" prediction, but I wouldn't be suprised if he really did become it. I mean, he does have some potential at least.
Yes, he isn't much of a fighter compared to most of the Grand Line pirates and is usually the butt of jokes/ comic relief, but he makes up for his flaws with his amazing leadership skills, being able to rally pirates even stronger than him to his side. I mean, despite his usual incompotence, he was sort of a major player in the Impel Down arc.
Also, we don't know if he's gotten stronger over the two-year time skip, so there's a chance that some of his flaws might have been fixed, or at least lessened to an extent. Plus, he was a member of Gol D. Roger's crew, even if he was just a bad apple.
When they do finally show him after the two-year time skip, I'd expect him to have found Captain John's treasure and to be rallying up a large pirate armada in the New World, somewhat stronger. The fact that he used to be on Roger's ship being made public****** would probably have pirate's swarming to join his ranks, even if they were planning just to backstab him for their reputation (like Caribou had planned for the Fake Straw hats). If he isn't in the New World I will be "dissappoint", but I doubt Oda would Oda would cut him out of the story after keeping him relevant throughout the first half of the series.
But ah, most of my "dumb" prediction post was serious analysis so I should at least throw something out there:
Silver Foxxy will fill one of the empty positions of the Shichibukai. No doubt about it. He's got the charisma, he's got the talent, and he's got the crew. Plus it would be interesting to see his face again in the story, with a bitter grudge against Luffy.
Also I totally think the "Crocodile was a girl' claim has high potential to be true, though I still have my doubts because it's sort of unexpected (at least in my opinion).
**To the best of my knowldege I think the World government made this public. I know for sure that they know about it, but because I don't have any reference material on me at the moment, and my internet is sort of slow to be looking through chapters online for it, I'm going to stay a little unsure about this claim. I apologize if my claim is incorrect.

But in the info box of Bonney, it said that she's from South Blue. If she is the daughter of Big Mom, then that mean Bonney have to be from the New World, which she is not.
