Big Mam is Lola's mom, as expected by many. She's been married 999 times because unlike her less successful in love daughter, men are usually too afraid of her to refuse her proposals, but then they always end up running away or getting killed. She was after Whitebeard to be her 1000th husband, but he perpetually refused and eventually also went and died before she could convince him.
Its weird but I could totally see this happening. That would be a funny twist to her character.

Blackbeard will kill Luffy. Usopp will become captain, but Luffy will be brought back to life by Enel, and show up at the end to kill Blackbeard. Then it turns out Usopp and Sogeking were really 3 different people. Not necessarily in that order.

I predict that Luffy's hat will eat a Zoan Devil Fruit, and it will become the 10th Straw Hat.

Oda has always played on build up and keeping things mysterious. He introduced the Vivre Card in Alabasta, it wasn't explained until Thriller Bark. He introduced the Rumbar Pirates in the Laboon Arc, one of those pirates became a SH.
Neptune might not know anything else about Noah, meaning once Luffy stops it and puts it back where it belongs, that'll be the end of that story. Until they learn more history about it later, or make a new connection…

The first part of this isn't actually a dumb prediction. It has been shown now that Chopper can gradually change how his forms look either through experimentation or training…his forms were all somewhat cutesy before (with brain point or whatever his small form is being cuter all the time it seemed). Now his forms are very athletic and less human-looking.
Chopper comibined arm point and leg point to make up for each others weaknesses but unfortunately they didn't work well so chopper learned karate from the natives who he found had worked there bodies in to the perfect shape for karate hence the similar body shape

Crocodile's secret weakness is that his weakness isn't water, and that he has no weakness. We'll learn about his tragic backstory, and think he's a good guy, but he'll betray Luffy and defeat him a third time and figure out where Pluton is. But Daz Bones has been planning to assassinate Crocodile all along, and will kill him right before Crocodile gets to use the weapon, making Daz a hero. End of saga.
