Warning: a bit lengthy and bizarre (which is why we're here for
)! i say that the entire story of One Piece is in fact entirely Ussop's imagination. The story starts when when Ussop is ~5 years old. He and his father (which he didn't know his name, because he only called him father and his mother died at birth. everyone else in his town didn't know his father because he was an outcast in the village for some reason) went fishing. It was Autumn, and Ussop's father, as a heavy alcoholic, drank a lot before an during the trip. He yelled "I got one! Hope it is a pike" and as he finished that sentence he fell in the water and being overly drunk he drowned. Ussop was so deeply scarred that for the first few weeks he had a temporary personality split and he was both him and his father. At that period of time he thought of the name Yasopp. After those few weeks he came to his senses (as much as a 5 year old can) and realized that his father drowned and there is nothing to do now, but to learn how to swim. a few years pass and Ussop is a teen. Suddenly out of nowhere, in the Autumn, he has another stroke of psychological instability like when he was 5, but now it is far worse. since He repressed most of his feelings for so long, and being an excellent liar, he started making in his mind the story of his father Yasopp. Everything from his marksmanship to the red hair shanks crew was created out of the blue. This is around the time when Ussop started running around the village and screaming "Pirates are coming" since this was the only think he "knew" about his father's location. everyone at the village was pissed about Ussop's doings and lying and didn't want anything to do with him, but Kaya which felt bad for him and listened to his coulntless stories in the hop that it might help him. Someday, a small empty boat drifted towards the shore Ussop was at, and an empty bottle with a skull drawn on it triggered in Ussop something very strong and deep. so strong in fact that he for an unknown reason decided it would be easier for him if it was a crew of 3 pirates (i.e. Luffy, Zoro, Nami) on the boat and not to deal with the memories of his young childhood. Then, as like in the real OP "They" went to Kaya's house, but instead of the whole Kuro thing, Ussop actually stabbed Kaya and left her there, even though in his mind he was "Luffy" Fighting Kuro. For a fraction of a second in the same night he rtealized what he has done and couldn't handle it, so he decided he shall become "The Pirate King" (Ussop personality split as Luffy), "The Best Swordsman" (as Zoro) and to "Draw a Map of the World" (as Nami). All of those goals are un-achievable for him so like this his mind won't have to deal with anything that has happened to him but try to achieve those goals. Like so, Ussop and "crew" went to their grand adventure, when in reality Ussop actually just drifted randomly from island to island, and as "they" advanced thought of every detail of the crew. Ussop was so blinded by his psychological hallucinations that he couldn't keep track of where he was advancing to so he devised in his mind a world map of four seas, each at the directions of north, south, east, west, and a big straight continent in the middle as the equator and a big sea of adventure crossing it. Ussop got so bad and so immersed that instead of inventing all of the world, crew and people settings, he immersed himself in his crew life that he will "discover" new things as they get along such s "hidden history" or powerful people in the world (Marines, Warlords, Yonko etc) and once in a while, when he can't think of something new or interesting with the current settings he introduces a new nakama. Even as Ussop immersed himself so deeply in his own psychological prison, he from time to time thinks of something new on his own (not OP settings Ussop but real one) but then quickly dismisses these as"Lies" since it is out of the immersion though this are in fact the future settings of OP which is why the lies always come true. Now, the One Piece itself and the all blue are connected in this theory, all blue is the small gulf in Ussop's village that he and his father went fishing and the One Piece is essentially as he reaches there it would be the "key" of the lock of his own prison and when he re-reaches that place he will shake out of everything and realizes and accepts everything that has happened in his life and goes mad completely since all of his adventures and deep settings are just his own lies, so his drones himself and the series would end as Ussop's body drops near his own father's. (prediction end)

i still think it's pretty obvious that marco will join this arc soon enough. they aren't dumb, they know that doflamingo has the fruit and of course they want it. it's only a matter of time. straw hats can't deal with shishibukais, admirals, emperors and more all by themselves. i also doubt luffy could beat doflamingo in a fair fight.
