Okay, this theory is a bit convoluted, but that's why I'm posting it here. This meta-theory is for the Dressrosa Arc.
First of all, Luffy will ultimately win out of all the blocks, no problem (Amiright?). However, since Doflamingo knows that "Lucy" is actually Luffy, he'll make a statement saying that he can only give the fruit to someone named Lucy, not Luffy. So we have problem #1
Later in the arc, one of the dwarves (I'd personally like Wicca since she's a girl, but whatever) wants to join the crew. But most people have agreed that having a character that small would make drawing lineups nearly impossible. So for dwarf to join (easiest and most likely)= dwarf size change. Problem #2
Finally, with the plot moving forward and various organizations coming to a head (Such as the Navy, Pirate Alliances, Underworld, Yonko.) it seems unlikely that the Revolutionary Army would stay out of everything. So we need someone or someones to make an introduction soon to keep them relevant. Problem #3
Now, how do we solve all three of these problems with one or a few people? If you've been reading this, you'll know who I mean- Emporio Ivankov!
Solution #1: Ivankov changes Luffy into Lucy so s/he can claim the Mera Mera from Doflamingo. We could also see some funny stuff with the rest of the crew, namely Sanji
Solution #2: Ivankov gives a dwarf (again, ideally Wicca) a special growth hormone that allows her to change her size at will. Her average size could then be a bit taller than tiny Chopper, but she could also shrink down to normal and grow nearly as large as needed (probably limited to around Franky size normally), even possibly to the size of San Juan Wolf with enough concentration.
Solution #3: Ivankov is a powerful and influential member of the Revolutionary Army, so him showing up would show just how much Dragon is interested in the current affairs.
Is this convoluted? Yes.
Does this entire idea hinge off of Ivankov? Yes.
If a dwarf doesn't join, does this kill the theory? Mostly yes, but each problem and solution can be fulfilled independently of the others.
Do I deserve to be laughed at for this? Yes, mostly. But I posted this is Dumb Predictions because it's mostly conjecture based off a previous character and wish fulfillment. -

Jola's DF effect cant be reversed, just like ballpoints on paper. So later the SH crew will need to "remodel" the sunny so it will function again as a ship. Brook and Chopper permanently drawn like now.

Yeah, according to an early SBS (6 maybe, not sure) Nami was I-cup pre-timeskip. Like I said, not sure how American measurements vs European or Japanese measurements go. I know we (America) use feet, while others use metric ect, so not sure how bra measurements go. But it still sounds like she's bigger than a DD

My Dumb prediction on who Bartolomeo is would be Gin, as in the 1st mate of Don Krieg…...idk why but it kinda fits, coz I don't remember anyone else who's personality would fit that had a connection to the Strawhats in the past, especially Stelly who doesn't even know about Luffy at all. Not to mention why would he even bother become a pirate when his wish was for Sabo to not be there and for him to succeed the family fortune

Must have skipped it, I usually read the chapter at the end of the day and when I get here there are already 12 pages in the thread!
I'm convinced Barto planned on getting the mera² by stealing it, so that case is either a bomb or it has a copy of the fruit. I think a bomb is more likely because a copy would have to be made very quickly, and I'm thinking that a bomb would make for a good diversion and at the same time would forcibly stop the assassination attempt on Luffy (who will help a fucked up Bellamy).
