Pell did NOT survive the bomb, what we see of Pell now is actually an android built by Dr. Vegapunk as requested of Crocodile! He always had a backup plan, he's a mastermind! On the night of the blood moon Pellbot will kill all the royals (bye bye Vivi) and then blast off to rescue Crocodile from Impel Down! That's why Crocodile just stayed put instead of escaping prison!

When Usopp finally arrives back to his hometown, Kaya will automatically be attracted to Chopper's cuteness (it turns out she's a furry) and his excellent medical skills.
Usopp will be deeply hurt, but act like if it's all cool. He'll then jump off a cliff in attempted suicide, but survive as usual. The Blackbeard crew will reach the end of the Grand Line before the Strawhats.
They'll travel around the island not seeing anything, but then during low tide, One Piece will appear from behind the crashing waves. It turns out that One Piece is the deteriorating remains of the Statue of Liberty. Monkey D. Luffy will be sitting on top of its head, eating a banana.
Blackbeard will scream, as he pounds the sand, "You maniacs, you blew it up. Damn you, damn you all to hell!"

Kaya will eat a very powerful logia DF and she'll defeat Blackbeard and Whitebeard at the same time. Smoker will arrest her but Usopp will save her at the execution place.
Then she'll join the SH crew but Ace will come to avenge Whitebeard. Here a long battle between the SH and Whitebeard's crew (Kaya only killed Whitebeard) begins and the SH are about to loose when Shanks and his crew appear and save them from Ace and the others. Ace is still pissed but he decides to forgive Kaya if she becomes his sexual slave.
Luffy and Shanks have a discussion. Luffy wants to give back his hat to Shanks but he answers "Oh no, it was a joke when I told you to give it back to me. I don't need it anymore. But I forgot to tell you that you owe me 1 000 000 000 Beri, it's the price of this hat".
Nami: "What?!"
Shanks: "Oh no, it was a joke!"
But Luffy is pissed at Shanks and developps gear 4 and 5 to kill him. Then he becomes the Pirate King. -
Buggy will show up and pwn all the current novas and take their bounty making him the number one bounty in the grandline.
