Luffy will hit Katakuri once so that he falls on his back, his brothers and sisters will see him which will mindfuck him very hard. He'll be instantly traumatized and will lose his will. Resulting in an inability to use any kind of haki. And will be hit by Kong Organ, and pass out.

I predict the Cake was separated from every Strawhat around, because once Linlin eats the cake, she will NOT be rendered unconscious due to the deliciousness of the cake, but will snap back into her cunning personality. She will kill literally everyone around the cake (Cook squad and the Firetank pirates), and Oda just separated the strawhats from the cake, so that they won't get harmed.

I'm in here cooking dinner and my daughter is up front watching op dubbed on a old Netflix copy which I'm guessing is the 4kids dub from the obvious stuff. But she's watching the zolo backstory one where kuinas dies. On this version kuina beats a student from nearby and he comes back with his friends and they beat her to death since he was beaten by a girl how is that more kid friendly than randomly falling down some stairs?

I think the best place to have put this would be the questions thread. To answer the question, did they actually say that Kuina died after getting beat up? They could have tried to be implying that she just was unable to fight anymore and thus would spend the rest of the series off screen, like Bellemere chilling in the dungeon.

That's a really dumb theory on 4Kids' part, so we must allow it. It's also really dumb in the context that it was supposed to make the situation MORE kid friendly than the original, not less.
Katakuri is from the Stupid Teeth Tribe, a race that has not yet been properly introduced in the OP world. He and Buffalo are the only members we've seen so far. Then in a major plot twist during the final battle, it's revealed that Blackbeard has never lost a tooth–he was a member of the Stupid Teeth tribe all along gasp!
This will have no impact on the plot and he'll proceed to get his stupid teeth kicked in.

So far, we have Zoro's greatest rival being killed by basic dojo design, and Pell tanking a bomb large enough to destroy a city because...reasons.

20 years later and we still have 10/15 years of One Piece so we'll have new members, definitely. (in addition to Jinbei)

Katakuri, Daifuku, and Oven are Roger's children. He stole Big Mom's Poneglyphs and ran out on her before the triplets were born however which is why she casts away her later baby daddies.

Pudding will create a memory wiping Genki Dama and then drop it on Cacao Island, evaporating the past 3 days of everyone stationed there and on the nearby ships.

Luffy will get out of the mirror, thinking that Katakuri is defeated. Then, the Bigmom pirates gathered on Cacao Island will all jump on Luffy at once, but Katakuri will stand up, cross the mirror and kill everyone because they gave unwanted support in a fight between men

Upon defeating Katakuri, Luffy will push Kata's head out of the mirror so everyone thinks he's the one emerging victorious, and just as they've let their guard down, Luffy pushes Katakuri's whole unconscious body out and jumps out himself while everyone is too stunned to react in time to keep him from getting away. He proceeds to land on people's heads and faces, using them as stepping stones to get away while he races across the town to the waterfront where the Sunny's passing by, too far to jump or stretch to, and BM's family is now catching up. But the Vinsmokes swoop in and tell him, "Get out of the way. They're ours to take our vengeance upon." Luffy smiles, steps aside, but climbs up to the top of their ship, which gives him the distance he needs to reach Sunny.

Katakuri's tattoo actually has a got a part of Big Mom's soul. The second Katakuri is defeated, it will rear its ugly head and try to choke the life out of Luffy. Just as a lethifold would.
Luffy will defeat it by eating it alive.

Last week's chapter had a typo. The new form of Luffy is actually Shakeman. Luffy will defeat katakuri in a dance battle while listening to shakira.
The G4 is needed to move all his strength to his hips. -
The final move of Gear Fourth: Model Snakeman will be for Luffy to unhinge his jaw and eat Katakuri whole.
In subsequent chapters, Luffy won't get his usual post-meal fat belly, but rather, a lump larger than his body which starts in his neck in the scene after he wins.
In the subsequent scene, it will be slightly smaller and in his shoulders.
In the scene after, smaller still and in his torso.
When they arrive at Wano, Luffy will then reveal the secret technique of snakeman: molting. He will shed his skin and the new Luffy will emerge: he looks just like current Luffy but a bit older, and Garp's height.
