Have you ever wondered why do Vinesmokes want Sanji to marry Purin? Well, you'll say, it's obvious, they want to estabilish alliance with Big Mom Pirates, for crying out load! It would be very good reason indeed, very good one. But why does it have to be him?
They should have at least two men of the right age in the family. They can be maried already, but if you ever played Crusader Kings II, you'd know it's no problem, especially since they are assassins themselves. Why then come through the trouble of locating and taking him by force (BMP did this but it really was by chance), which may not even work? The answer is simple, because it's not marriage between Vinesmoke and Charlotte that is the matter here, but assassination. Assassination of Charlotte Linlin to be precise.
Some of you are probably wondering why they would need Sanji if they're likely the best hitmen in the world? And Sanji was out of business for at least 12 years! The truth however is that even the best ones have no chance of ending such monster, and while Sanji might not remember much of his family profession, he surely knows much about… cooking.
Yes, Vinesmoke are planning to use BM's greatest weakness against her - love for food. After training under Zeff and Okamas, it's a piece of cake or him to make a dish lethal enough to kill her (we've seen last chapter that natural poisons can far exceed what even one of the greatest scientists with perfect devil fruit for the task has achieved) and make it so no one will notice until it's too late.

We discover there is a member of Germa 66 who is Sanji's younger brother named Yonji. After a confrontation on Whole Cake Island, some family bonding, and some flashback chapters between Sanji and he, Yonji will leave the Germa 66 and join the straw hats.

I originally posted this in the wrong thread, and got some feedback, so I'm including the feedback and my response as well:
I'm sure the conclusion has been drawn before, but I have no idea if from this "evidence" (everything is based on some junk I recall reading a while back, so if I'm totally mistaken, ffffffff that's ok).
The side on which one's hair parts has purportedly been linked to the direction in which one's hair grows, in terms of clockwise and counterclockwise, and that direction supposedly correlates with gender (not sexuality). I don't remember which direction is which but, in general, one direction tends to be associated with male, and the other with female.
Sanji's hair part changed sides because he is now a closet Okama, or more generally just "female" (though, I then believe she is a lesbian). This probably won't play out explicitly, as Sanji's sexuality essentially remains the same - attracted to women - and gender typically isn't explicitly addressed regarding the crew; we get hints from personality and behavior, of course (i.e. Zoro is clearly male), so we might see some hints in Sanji's behavior, but I don't think there would ever be confirmation of this.
As the view is practically unfalsifiable, and I am happy to reject good, scientific methodology for the prospect of something stupid, I now fully endorse the preceding conclusion.

Sorry this belongs to Dumb Predictions thread. IT makes it sound as if one can know one's gender based on where their hair parts or what direction their cowlick lays.
People can change their parts by conscious choice and never change their gender identity. I personally have done so, middle of head, left part and right part. I never changed my gender identity of female
In my family cowlicks are present but for both my male cousin and I, it is same direction.If 2= I never heard of that.

The idea is: though you can change your part, if you don't, it is a function of a natural "swirl" your hair grows in. You can check this swirl by looking at the top of the back of your head in mirrors. This swirl is what has purportedly been correlated to gender; part just follows it if you don't intervene.
This dumb prediction assumes gender can change with conditioning (doesn't seem likely - see Rainer Maria Wilker for one famous example, though I'm sure there are studies) OR it just takes Sanji's part as an indicator from the medium of this "change" in Sanji's gender.
Obviously this is a dumb prediction. I just placed it in the wrong thread :p

Sanji made Iva-can annoyed one too many times, so got a sex-change. Ivankov is at first amused that fem-Sanji isn't the ultra feminine figure one would think. But over time he feels sorry for the poor thing is so flat-chested and plain of face that many can't even tell he changed genders.
