You probably can't directlink from the site the image is hosted at. Or the url is wrong. But it might also be the code.

It's generally a bad idea to direct link to a picture from a website that is not yours. Unless you have permission. Try getting your own image hosting site at photobucket.com or something similar.

Maybe you can try this:
go to the site with the image you want, right-click and choose save picture as…
then you might try finding a site that gives you space to host your pics.
