@Phoenix:
No, Clare's awakened form is the Queen of Blades form she used against Rigaldo. What she did was awakened Teresa inside her. So Teresa took over Clare's body to fight while they talk inside her head. Earlier, Priscilla assimilated the 3 awakens (including Cassandra) and they went into her body. Teresa's 1 sentence about Cassandra being a number 1 was enough to break all three of them free by seperating from her body. Just more fanfiction.
I wouldn't be so sure about that. That form seemed to be formulated based on just what she needed in that fight at that point: faster in an extreme way, and arms that could replace her clay mores blade. Also the former # 3's arm also seemed to "influence her awakening's form" as both arms seemed to imitate/ amplify Irene's speed, and power anyway.
I think her actual "natural awakening" could/ would have been a lot different if the manga kea decided to go that way. And going by the fact that she was derived from Theresa, makes sense in a way if her " more natural awakened form", ( more but but not fully " natural" because of Irene, Jean, and Rafeala's influence, wouldn't make it completely natural.
@Robby:
I figure Teresa is going to do the grunt work psychological damage, get Priscilla down to a more "mortal" form… but it'll still come down to Clare (or Raki) actually finishing Priscilla off. Teresa is just soloing it far too super effortlessly above and beyond the abilities of everyone else at this point for this to really be all that there is in the final showdown... if this is just to whittle down a power that's been built up too highly, I'm okay with it. If this is actually the end... then its just not satisfying and the entire series really has been a waste of time.
On the other hand, this is basically the level of overkill the anime used to rush their ending seven years ago, so... shrugs Maybe Claymore really was always going to end with a single overkill powerup transformation.
You really see it that way?
How disappointing if that's true…
Although the last year or 2 the mangaka/ the story/ it has seemed particularly rushed like something happened and maybe they were given a chapter numbered deadline to complete the story, ironically; weirdly/ disappointingly right after they make the
Claymore universe a much bigger place with a lot more possibilities.
It seems more like the mangaka's original developments were forced to change recently for some reason never really explicitly said...
