I don't mean to offend you or to bitch around, Desiboy, since I approve every kind of Fansub work… but I recommend everyone to wait until Vegapunk releases episode 310.
This guy is adding personal comments to his subs, uses internetslang (wtf), translates wrong sometimes and uses a weird pink writing style for his subs.
Also there's a Babyface in the left top corner for the whole episode :getlost:, so be patient guys...

Actually, someone released a One Piece 310 subbed episode, but it is translated to Brazillian Portuguese. I am from Portugal, so I could watch it. The subtitle font is bad (ALL UPPERCASE), some inaccurate wording (they even didn't pay attention to some Nami attacks, they used Thunderbolt instead of Thunderball)… but overall it was OK to watch.
