The Anime Saimoe Tournament is a festival of anime characters competing their MOE in 2ch.

The character registration begins from tomorrow.

Which characters should be registered?
Female characters (including androids, etc.) appeared in the anime which is aired more than 5 episodes or more than half of all episodes, in the OVA which is newly out, in the movie which is shown for the first time, in Japan during 2006/07/01~2007/06/30.

The registration is done according the initials of the anime series.

How to register characters?
Go to the code generator and get a code, then post <<character＠series>> with the code during 01:00:00~23:00:59 JST. You can post 5 characters at a time.

Though I'm hoping and rooting Mion, Shana, and Nagi make it through these rounds for the main finals. The same goes for Hayate and Rena...

Also, Takako-sama has my vote all the damn way, and Takamichi Nanoha has always been one of my favorites, especially since STRIKERS. For Kurata Sayuri, "~ahahahaha-tan" also gets my full support.

Saginomiya Isumi is always cute when she gets lost most of the time, ahahaha...and CC will gain my vote for this part as well.

This is 2ch's hosted tournament so it's kind of unsurprising they didn't involve any females from generic shounen series. But dont get me wrong, they should have been nominated in. Though I guess we can wait til SaiMoe 2008 and see what 2ch does.

Just wondering,Daisuke-senpai,who is the character that you support the most in this tournament?

Takamichi Nanoha (MSLNS) and Rena Ryuugu (Higurashi na naku Kori Ni), both girls I'm rooting for all the way.

But I'm rooting on Tsukasa as well. Hell, MANY of the girls in this tournament are my favorite but ones I mentioned above and in sentence before are my top picks.
