Every time I try to download a program from Microsoft.com, it brings me to the "Page Cannot Be Displayed" page. I've tried both IE and FireFox and neither of them work. It's not my internet connection because its signal strength is excellent even though it brings me to the page cannot be displayed page.

Well, it can't be their website because it happens every time I go there. I went there a few months ago and it was doing the same thing and now I just went there the other day and its still doing it.

And be specific about the version number.
