Elbaf has been heavily linked with Usopp. Elbaf contains brave giant warriors.
I assuming that Elbaf is towards the end of the Grand Line, and when Usopp finally becomes the brave warrior of the sea, he will indeed celebrate his accomplished dream there. Or he may even accomplish his dream there.
And I can't see Usopp becoming the brave warrior just quite yet.
Ussop will go to elbaf and becomes a warrior of the seas and he gets an offer to be a warrior of elbaf but declines because he thinks he will see his father at Impel down and he wants to help luffy become King of the pirates.Thats my prediction for an Elbaf arc.
There could be a problem if they reach Elbag, like we have noticed, Usopp has some Inner struggle with the fact of being weaker than Sanji, Zoro and Luffy, so it could be possible that the Crew Leave him behind on Elbaf while he goes trough some "Off-Screen" Training, and then, if Luffy and the others get in a serious figth with an ubber opponent, Usopp will return in some heroic way to save them by using his newly adquired skills as an "Elbaf Warrior".
That may sound ridiculous, but I can actually see Usopp getting something from Elbaf, perhaps the Greatest Slingshot of the World, an allusion to "David and Goliath".
Well that could happen but I dont want Ussop to be missing when they meet shanks is crew because he will want to see his dad.

I don't know, but this sound horribly cliche: less talented member of group goes off for some different/independent development outside the attention/focus of the audience and reappears when their friend/s are in dire need, often demonstating a super deus ex machina type manoeuvre that happens to save the day. If Oda becomes this predictable and boring I would just have to cry myself to sleep. Anyway, for all intents and purposes, Usopp, IMO, will never be stronger than Luffy, Zoro and/or Sanji.
Rather live a coward than die a man.
Usopp (or any Strawhat, really) being left behind by the crew on purpose for any amount of time, without a conflict, goes against the story's main idea of unity, not being alone, and, well… nakama! 
Seriously, I just don't see it happening.

Excuse me there. But after EL, I grew to really hate Usopp, because of his supporters made a fuss of him like none other character I had seen before. I know giants are strong, but I doutb their that strong (aka Yonkou level). Their leaders were only 100 mil, Luffy has already supassed that level. Usopp has those two giants in W7 waiting for him, one day he may return to w7 and go off then with them.

Usopp will never be as strong as Zoro,Luffy,Sanji,and thats because he never tries.

Sorry for the off-topic (Usopp) but It seems that all of us have forgotten that Usopp is a 17 years old person who is with a group of pirates that are more older and matured than him with the exception of the captain (who has the same age and is more kiddie than him) and Chopper (he is the little kid) this is why he is a great friend with Luffy (same age) and the temporal broken friendship was produced in Water 7 (Luffy and Usopp are inmature).

No when it comes to seriouse stuff Usopp is really mature but yeah he does get along better with Luffy and Chopper.

I don't see another arc happening before fishman island unless it's an sea battle arc with the Thousand Sunny going up against Marine ships.
Speaking of the Marines, I see the Thriller Bark arch as a way for Oda to get Smoker to play catch up with the Strawhats and meet at fishman island.
