He pretty much always hated AP, he just decided to post here one day for one reason or another. Probably after he got temp banned at KF.
 
I don't even remember any Steve… he was probably a nice guy none the less.
I actually never realized he was a semi (more like one eighth) celebrity, so he was some kind of cartoon producer. Shame he hates AP cause even though he sometimes tried too hard and made no sense he was hilarious more often than not. Like One Piece actually.
His comic looks pretty great but I don't know if it's something I'd be interested in

Yeah Wickio has been a known MIA case. ADC even shut down, partially with him to blame for disappearing.
I could barely stand some of Steve's jokes. makes you wonder if he's really rude all the time or if he just dislikes other One Piece fans or something.
I feel bad now, I didn't even realize he was THE Steve Ressel who was producer of Invader Zim. Now I'm sad because I met someone who made my favorite TV show and never knew it.

@warp: It was him, but like I said, I didn't give a damn. I think Invader Zim is a shitty show anyways. Only thing in my opinion that show has going for it is the opening music.

Good luck getting cold hard proof on the internet, the only way to get almost no arguments or doubts is to have a few month old news article saying "Producer of Invader Zim goes to One Piece forum!"
It was discussed in another thread. It's the same one. Besides, if you compare his current(and no longer updated of course) Avatar on KF, it looks very close to his appearance in cameo roles in the show.
But it might not be him on KF. looks close though. Except his cameo role made him look fat and older. I honestly can't really tell, but the hairstyle and such matches pretty well.

I did enjoy the pre 2005 board more too, I used to post a lot back then, but I wouldn't say it's because of the user base. We have been getting a lot of awesome members too and we still have people like Buccaneer and companies. But it's more like the general atmosphere which has changed quite a bit. But my interest toward to the board sort of peaks a bit and goes down, peaks a bit and goes down…
Yeah I don't buy that "it was better before" stuff. I was browsing AP back in 2005 and there was a couple of senior members who now disappeared from teh internets who were utter jackasses and the level of discussion didn't seem that different from what we have now. Afterall it's still a bunch of manga nerds discussing an idiotic japanese comic book about a kid with down playing pirates.
I never could find the forums for MONTHS I mean, I found arlong park, but there wasn't a link from the front page.
They should fix that. I waited about a year and couldn't find the site.
