What is I"s about anyway, I've heard people raving over it.
Also, it's not really a shoujo, but Tenjou Tenge has tons of fanservice, and also has great fights.

I's is about Seto Ichitaka and is in love with some girl named Iori. The first volume seems pretty boring and seems like your average Harem stuff, but it actually gets pretty complecated. The thing I like about I's the most is that insted of your average "Girl falls for guy for no reason" they actually start knowing each other, he stands up for her, and stuff. It's not like one day when it's all of a sudden "Omg I have fallen in love with Ichitaka111" Each girl who ends up liking him has a pretty good reason (except for Izumi, but she's kinda a slut so w/e). It's not the best series ever, but it's enjoyable.

If you need to get your jollies off you should read anything by Mr. Naoki Yamamoto. You get to knock off two birds with one stone: Yamamoto will offer something for your brain and something for your little guy.

Tenjho Tenge seconded. It has a decent plot, great fights, and HOLY SHIT THE FANSERVICE. I mean, you aren't even ten chapters in and you have both Natsume sisters getting their clothes torn off in simultaneous fights at the bowling alley.
