      I'm seeking a freeware program that will allow me to extract parts of images and paste them onto other images. Like a "Mr. T vs…" comic. Any recommendations? Thank you for your time.

        Tried the GIMP? It's probably overkill, but it's free and will do what you want and fifty times more.
