A lot of them go swimming in Arlong Park.
Luffy, Zoro and Sanji go diving before Jaya.
Don't know if you count swimming in the White Sea.
Luffy also goes swimming after they return from Skypiea (when he tries to use the waver).
But in some cases I'm not sure if they enjoy these baths …. B)

Zoro swims (and battles a shark) when he, Chopper, Nami and Robin got separated from the rest in Skypiea. It is shortly after their announcement as criminals…

Usopp swam in the cloud sea at Skypiea too. ^_^ And Nami took a bath for an entire episode during that Ocean of Dreams filler.
