When the wanted posters reach the respective Strawhats town, dedicate an episode to each one instead of two panels.
That'd maybe be OK, but the only way I could see them making a whole episode out of each of those is if they do more flashbacks to the backstories we've all seen 80 times already…and if I have to watch 8 more flashback episodes (or seven, I suppose, since Franky's finding of his bounty happens right in the arc) I'm going to probably pound a nail through head.
Uh oh! Chimney lost Gonbe! Ten episodes dedicated to finding Gonbe, and many distractions come in the Straw Hats way, such as Luffy wanting meat! Sanji meets an attractive woman!
You KNOW there's going to be a filler arc after Enies Lobby is done…:P
! Jesus comes and beats Al Kahn to the ground int Hell. He grants One Piece into Heaven, where the dubs are good. But little did they know, they were being ACTUALLY being dubbed the Food Network!

! After hearing what 4kids has done to her character, Nico Robin gets really mad and decides to go to America to find 4kids headquarters. While there, she sneeks into the press room where Al Kahn is having a press conference. And then out of nowhere, while he is not looking, Robin angrily runs up to the podium right behind him and kicks him right in the ass (And I mean she puts the pointy tip of her high-heeled high thigh boot right in the ass! Ow!), which surprised everyone in the whole room then she says "Thats for making me sound like a ridiculous hillbilly!". When Al, who's reeling in pain, turns around to see who did it, he shakes in fear when he sees that its was her. Knowing that she must of heard of what happened to her character, Al frightenly apologies to her but it was too late. She then performs Seis Fleur Slap on Al Kahn and rapidly bitch slaped him to hell and back right on national TV. Then Robin says " And thats all from the people from every anime series that you and your damn company has butchered " and then walks off, leaving Kahn on the ground seriously injured. But Robin comes back a moment later to stomp on his balls with the high heel of her high thigh boot and say "And thats from all the fans, especially mine! Hmph!" and then leaves. Then everyone was like "WTF just happened!!?" while all viewers at home (especially hardcore one piece fans) were laughing historically, ending with one of them saying " That shit was priceless!

I actually would laugh if that spoiler happened.
Here's mine. While Luffy's sleeping, we see Sogeking leaving, when all of a sudden some minor crisis happens where he has to step up and save the day. While Chopper starts to think Sogeking is Usopp then Sanji comes in with an Usopp disguise to save the identity of Sogeking.
A One Piece Special featuring Cross Epoch!Seeing old DBZ and OP characters mingle with each other 
.The Edo specials are ok,but a Cross Epoch Special(with more scenes) would be great.
I see the crew going back and visiting some old places where they met people, such as Arabasta or Cocoyashi Village, and having some adventure with old friends (I'd love to see the return of Mr.2 or the Veggie Pirates).

I actually hope they would make more AU fillers, like those Edo-specials, because it would be clear to everyone, that they have nothing to do with the canon story, and also Toei could bring old characters back, and have more freedom with the story.

I like the TC's idea, but in truth I think they shouldn't make anymore filler episodes until they can finish all of the cover stories (like that will ever happen >_>).
The problem with animating cover stories is there aren't any main characters in it. Although that's fine for me and many others, there are 50% of viewers who only watch to see their character in action.
So to avoid OP losing its tv ratings I think toei should stick with their usual crap fillers. Which always involve some sort of couragious kid trying to save his homeland and stupid OOC moments.
If I had to watch a filler I'd like to see some progress in the crews dreams, maybe an episode which mentions all blue or something about nami's map
No doubt that there's going to be a filler arc before Thriller Bark, but I would also like to see a DBZ/One Piece crossover special. Maybe 3 episodes long or so. The Edo specials are nice ONLY WHEN THEY'RE NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF AN INTENSE FREAKING PART OF AN ARC!!!!!!

Here’s my filler idea (this one is more serious than my other idea lol):
! First episode (after the Merry-Go’s funeral)
The episode starts out with the crew back at Water 7 showing a few scenes them of resting up. Then when the scene comes to Luffy sleep-eating, the camera shot zooms into him as if he’s dreaming about something, then it goes into Ace’s sidestory from the start, where’s he’s being chased out of town for an eat and run, up to where he punches out this marine guy for talking bad about Whitebeard
! Second episode:
Finishes off Ace’s story up to where he gets the Blackbeard information, then there’s a scene where Ace is sitting on his boat while reading it out loud and says Blackbeard was last seen on Varona Island and sets off to there.
This takes up half the episode so the next half will be the entrance of Garp and will end with Luffy saying “Grandpa?!”
! Third episode:
Is gonna be chapters 432-433 (that would be one hell of an episode! XD)
! Forth episode:
Will be all about Shanks and Whitebeard, then Ace finally meets up with Blackbeard. Although, I can not make my mind on whether that will be the episode ending, or when the Franky family get the newspaper and see the bounty posters, wither one of these ending would be awesome!

I remember reading that on a TV rating site they got quite low ratings, which gave them second thoughts about animating any other cover stories. They have a point though people don't really want to watch secondary characters, they want to see some development in their favourite characters.

They should make a Naruto crossover with Team 7(minus Sasuke and Sai plus Shizune and Tsunade and Jiraiya)who all get sent onto the Merry in "Luffy's world".They then see an island that looks like Konoha but is destroyed and abandoned.Every goes on two groups and investigate.Sakura and Nami get taken by mystery figures and Zoro splits up with Pakkun somehow. Everyone ends up at the preliminary place for Chunin Exams where Luffy and Naruto are fighting because Luffy was hypnotized.After Naruto broke the hypnotism everyone figured out that Nami was taken by a Dragon who is a marine general forunknown reasons. Then the groups of two all figt in One on one ortwo on one fights with animalsfrom the ZOdiac or a changed version of one minus Shizune and Tsunade.During Jiraiya's fight he somehow summons Enma but he and Pakkun can't "poof" back..Luffy and Naruto fight the dragon and befriend him.Enma sees familiar faces.The gang arrives at "Gemu City"(Game City)where everything is like a game. everyone does filler-esque stuff.Naruto runs into ….SURPRISE!! Luffy goes back in time somehow and gets to meet Gold Roger and his crew.

you may have been making an ironic commentary here about how fillers have no substance, but I for one think if that was handled properly it would be awesome.
Luffy and Co. Arrive to Everville, the Land of the Happily ever After. They are invited to a Tea Party by a "Chibi-Chopper-Like Cat Witch", Luffy, being so random, trusts the weird being.
After Luffy finishes his food, he goes into a Rampage to eat the whole Island that is made of Candy, Chococalet and Addanyothertrashyfoodhere, but he is captured by a Rat and a Pig who happen to be Ex-Politicians who ate DF, and then, he is taken to a former shichibukai that was stripped from his tittle of "Slicing Emperor" after being defeated by Mihawk. Adding more irony, the schichibukai is a dragon, and using his DF, he splits Luffy's head from his Body. Luffy then must manage to aid his friend while bouncing around as nothing more than a Head.
That's my shitty idea of "A perfect situation where Luffy will be helpless."
And Usopp will help a Rejected Giant Boy made of Wood to find his eccentric father…
And the TS will be pulled into a Monstrous Mutant Whale by a "strange DF Related Force" while the SH are sleeping, leading them to Everville....
Zoro,Sanji, Franky, Chopper and Robin will be turned into children after they get splitted in a good and bad half, also splitting their time in the process, and then, more bizarre characters would fight Usopp and Nami, the temporal leaders....
I just like Usopp and Nami's fighting styles that much....Shame on me...
Add Giants in motorcycles, dudes riding headless horses, two towns filled with opposite people who happen to be "splitted twins" and food that turns everyone that eats it into more food.....

Well,that WOULD BE nice,considering Cross Epoch doesnt really have a plot,its just characters from both series geting to a single location (not that I dont LIKE it,it just doesnt HAVE a plot,thats all).
Ok… I'm pretty sure they don't need our help to make bad fillers. That last one was just... bad, so bad. I guess for future fillers, they're gonna make random kids look for a person/object/animal impossible to find, or kids decided to become pirates and tell the Mugiwara that in a few years, they'll battle against them, or the kids would fight against some evil authority. Just thinking of those possibility makes me so depressed. It's just the same thing all over again.
Though I'd like to see a filler that shows a dream of Sanji. Having a wife like Nami, a few kids who look exactly like them, the rest of the gang living next door. Ah... sorry I'm a NamixSanji fan. :X

Chopper launching beams, Genzo flying with his hat, Chu-Chu and Richie in a Kung-Fu duel, Luffy's version of God, and Crocodile vs Luffy in a "Luffy Art" style. :P
With the Water 7 filler in mind, they should have a "Kakukaku" filler to explore the weird looking character who is more square then Kaku.

In all seriousness, I think a filler arc where they stumble upon an island full of creatures that turn into and immitate whatever is near them would be cool. They struggle to find the real crewmembers with battles and tests and it turns into a big chaotic mess! Whee! It would be strange, though.
