I am using utorrent, and every time I start a torrent my internet stops working. It didn't used to do this and has just recently started. Any help would be appreciated

Both my last 2 BitTorrent programs also stopped working properly after a bit.
Try Azureus and see if the problem persists.
If it does it's an issue with your modem most likely.

Yeah, I tried Azureus but it did the same thing.

I'd have your modem checked out.
If that's fine too, then your computer is having issues connecting to the internet. But if your internet is shutting down, like the modem restarting and such, it's probably the modem.
So just to be clear, by internet not working do you mean
1: My modem turns off.
2: Pages aren't loading, because the torrent slows it down so much.
Because if it's 1, check your modem. If it's 2, then check what speed of internet you have.
